Guest Speakers
Josh Miller
Josh Miller is the Senior Pastor of Harvest Vineyard Church in Ames, Iowa, which he planted with his wife, Cory, in 2004. His Vineyard journey began during his college years, where his time at Heartland Vineyard Church in Cedar Falls was deeply formative in shaping his faith and calling. Josh has served as Senior Pastor for over 20 years and carries a passion for helping people follow Jesus in everyday life. He and Cory are raising six children together. When he’s not pastoring, Josh loves hiking, skiing, or finding just about any excuse to get outside.
Sherri Harder
Sherri has spent over 40 years in the adventure of church planting, pastoring, and family life. A deeply formative season came through her battle with leukemia, where she experienced God’s faithful love and care in profound ways. She is passionate about sharing the hope of Jesus and God’s lavish love. Sherri is married to Mike, and together they cherish their five sons, one daughter, and eight grandchildren. She loves being near water, hiking, reading, laughing often, and reminding herself and others that “the best is yet to come.”
Matt Hundley
Matt Hundley’s spiritual journey began in Cedar Falls, Iowa and led him into the Vineyard movement in 1989 as part of the original group that planted Heartland Vineyard Church. After years of serving in ministry, he and his wife Robin were sent in 2000 to Albert Lea, Minnesota, where Matt continues to serve as Senior Pastor of Albert Lea Vineyard Church. He also serves as Area Leader for the Iowa Vineyards. Matt’s greatest joys are being Robin’s husband, father to four grown children, and “Papa” to eight grandchildren. Still an Iowa boy at heart—Go Hawks!
Dan Paxton
Dan Paxton is the Founding Pastor of Heartland Vineyard Church, which he planted in 1988 with his wife, Roi Lene. Since its beginning, Heartland has planted seven Vineyard churches. In 2018, Dan transitioned from the Lead Pastor role and continues to serve on the teaching team. He remains deeply passionate about the local church and raising up leaders for Kingdom impact.
